with a bright future. I established Leatherbound back in 1983 and for years built a business with an outstanding reputation
for our designs and their quality. We have made and are still making a large array of products from Rock and Roll accessories,
biker items, leather armor, costuming, and a large amount of adult leathers.
With the purchase of Leatherbound you get a true turnkey business, all our finished stock, a large amount of production
stock, huge amount of hardware (rings-studs-buckles-clips-and much, much more), in stock leather, sewing machines,
clicker presses, clicker die's (most of our top products are made into dies), hand tools, stud setting machine, four side edger,
show display grid wall. Own the rights and molds to our own custom castings, the rights to all our patterns (litterly hundreds)
Leatherbound name and trademark. If the purchaser maintains quality I will give them my full endorsement and the
rights to use such.
Our annual sales have been $40.000.00 TO $50.000.00 a year with no internet sales.
We supply five wholesale customers and do one to three
trade shows a year.
Some of our products have laser engraving on them I will be keeping my laser business and will be glade to do the laser
work for the purchaser if they wish to continue those products. You will get my complete business records, catalogs
and contacts so as not to have problems wondering where to resupply. I will also make myself available for tech support
any questions on my patterns or how I made items I will help with these issues. I am willing to give full training in
making the products if terms can be meet. If the purchaser wishes they can retain my services as a product designer, I
constantly make new items but cannot maintain the production do to my health.
